		<description>Sure maybe they didn&#039;t have the budget but the State and Federal Policy should as we go forward in a time of crisis provide the means so that they do. Regardless I think it was just plain old disregard on the part of architects and planners.</description>

		<description>I agree, SJC could really benefit from generating its own electricity through solar panels. There is enough flat space to do so. However, I worry about the extra taxes and fees that business have to pay in order to get a license to even install and upkeep solar panels in Santa Clara County. Lawfully, those extra fees and taxes should not cost more then the actual cost of the solar panels. Quite possibly, during this time of economic struggle, short term money saving looked better to SJC than the large initial hit with money saved in the future. What do you think?
